LA Bus Stop History Lesson

In 1986 I was in Los Angeles, waiting for a bus, when a strange lady with a shopping bag asked me where I was from. When I told her I was from West Germany, she told me she was from Anaheim and asked if I was traveling the same direction. I explained that West Germany was a country in Europe, not a LA district. She then remembered having seen something about Germany on the television and was genuinely surprised to see that I was allowed out of my country. When I asked her why she thought so, she replied: "I thought Hitler wouldn't allow Germans to travel". Seconds later her bus arrived. I was happy to have escaped...

Man ooooh man... the experience must have left you with cold chills. the situations makes me ask what kind of job she must have had. I probably would have start running for my life.

I though I had a bad one to tell... once I was asked if Italy had hot water...

Well... what else to say with the exception of: I dig your work.

....ohne Worte! Marching with the "REICH".......mehr geht nicht.....Anaheim.....hahahaha!

Mir sagte mal ein Mann in einer Fussgängerzone, dass ich ihn nicht links überholen darf......er sagte, "In Deutschland wird rechts überholt"!

Geile Story,

Thanks Tony
