Warming up for the week to come. Left to right: Boris Hiestand, Matt Saxton, Jean Paul Vermeullen and Elliot Cowan.

Elliot and Boris discussing nothing of any importance whatsoever.

Setting up our MonsterMania! booth.

We've had a very busy stand and it felt great to get such an overwhelming response from the crowd.

Sean Hayden, one of my key artists on monsterMania!

Karlheinz Rehbach from Cinecarat and myself.

I met lots of old friends I hadn't seen in many, many years. Here's Bibo, who was presenting his feature film 'A Monster In Paris', which is looking fabulous.

Two grey-haired men. Kristof Serrand and myself.

Hugh Gordon, who used to be my DOP on my Live Action shoots. He supervised the lighting on 'Peter and the Wolf', which won the big prize this year.

Uli, so good to see you again, what a week! Thanks again for the meal & the spare room! I caught the bus back to Geneva with Hugh- interesting guy, he was jazzed that Peter & the Wolf won big. He has many hobbies & an eye for the ladies!! We were the last festival attendees in Annecy & couldn't believe we both knew you.
Your stand in the marché looked tip-top, stood out from all the rest. Really hope you can come see us with Lisa soon.A bientot mon ami.
You won the prize for best stand by a looooong way! Twas great to see you, Matt & JP again, shame we didn't hook up at the pub but there is always next year! Best of luck with it all.
Unforgettable. Still recovering- what a week!
Congrats on a great looking presentation! Wish we could have been there. You and your team are creating something special. Love the macquettes!
Best,
Arna and John
Man, I missed another great event - your stand looks incredible! It was good to see the ole' Amblimation boyz all together in a couple of the shots.
Keep going - you're going to make it happen!
yep I was gonna pop by and have a word but I caught a plane in the wrong direction... see you next year then
Congratulations on making a splash with your new film--or considering the subject matter, maybe I should say 'a spurt'? And how interesting to see pictures of some folks like Kristof and Bibo whom I'd not seen for a long time.
I wish you all the best on your project and hope you have a 'monster' hit!
Everything looks simply fantastic! Absolutely fabulous!:o)
Sitting in that country lane lane you look like Gandalf in Hobbiton! In the shot of you by the lake you seem to be wearing Elliot's trousers!!

hehe Eric Bergeron doesn't look so imposing standing next to the tall Uli Meyer ;-)
I wish I had the time to visit Annecy this year! Oh well, better luck next time.. Anyway, great looking booth. The maquettes look cool
the 3rd picture (of Elliot and Boris) looks like a Natiowide bank commercial :)
